Do you ever have those moments or days, when you feel stuck?
As if mired in ice.
I do.

Too tired, too worn out to think.
That's when I go for a walk in the woods.
It doesn't have to be a long walk. I simply have to go out there.
Breathe the icy air. Remember who I am.

And, invariably, the ice cracks, an upwelling occurs, and
the tide of thought begins to run.

I go out not knowing what I will find, but knowing something will be memorable.
A glimpse of the sublime.

What do you do to get unstuck?
